The tech industry is bracing for a bustling 2024 in state capitals, as lawmakers signal their intention to regulate artificial intelligence, data privacy and social media.

TechNet, a leading industry group with members including Amazon, Google, Meta and Visa, provided Pluribus News with an advance copy of its 2024 State Policy Principles memo. It focuses on 11 subject matter areas, including privacy and security, autonomous vehicles, and financial technology.
