More than a thousand state lawmakers will descend on Chicago this week for the National Conference of State Legislatures’s annual Legislative Summit, the nation’s largest public policy conference.
The conference, expected to be the largest election year event in NCSL’s half-century history, will focus heavily on artificial intelligence policy, which has dominated conversations on legislative floors in states across the country.
