Ariz., Neb. abortion ballot measures likely to qualify after petitions filed

Voters are likely to weigh in on abortion-related ballot measures this year in Arizona and Nebraska after activists submitted petitions Wednesday.

Activists seeking to scale back Arkansas’s abortion ban are planning to submit signatures before a Friday deadline.
