Mass. Gov approves $100M for AI innovation, investment

It will create an AI hub and boost incentives for companies to relocate to the Bay State.

Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey (D) signed a sweeping economic development bill Wednesday that includes $100 million to incentivize artificial intelligence innovation and investment, making it the latest state to try to attract AI research and development.

The law, which also includes money for life sciences and climate tech, will create an AI hub and boost incentives for companies to relocate to the Bay State.
