Right to repair bills reach all 50 states

Wisconsin this month became the last state where legislation was introduced.

The right to repair movement has reached a key milestone — legislation to help consumers fix things they own has now been introduced in all 50 states over the past eight years.

Wisconsin brought up the rear this month with a bill focused on farm equipment, according to tracking by the Public Interest Research Group.
