State lawmakers convene to tackle AI policy challenges

A new multi-state legislative group has formed to find a way forward on artificial intelligence policy.

State lawmakers and staff recently convened for the first time for the State AI Policy Forum, hosted by Princeton’s Center for Information Technology Policy. CITP, a 15-year-old shared initiative between Princeton’s engineering and public affairs schools, aims to serve as a neutral venue and give legislators a fresh start.
