7 California tech bills to watch

California lawmakers held marathon floor sessions last week as they raced before a Friday deadline to pass bills from their house of origin.

Among the list of bills that survived the cutoff are several tech-related measures focused on topics such as artificial intelligence, social media and autonomous vehicles.
