Arizona sues Amazon for ‘anti-competitive’ practices

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes (D) filed two lawsuits against Amazon on Wednesday alleging violations of the state’s consumer fraud and antitrust laws.

The complaints accuse Amazon of hurting Arizona consumers by making it difficult to cancel Amazon Prime memberships and unfairly treating third-party sellers on the platform with the goal of driving up prices and profits.
