Cannabis regulators call for federal oversight amid market disruptions

State cannabis regulators meeting this week in Minnesota are renewing their call for federal oversight of the marijuana industry.

The regulated cannabis industry, which got its start in Colorado and Washington State 12 years ago, and the states are at an inflection point amid complications arising from the lingering gap between state and federal laws.
