Colo. legislature approves tax relief legislation

Colorado lawmakers called back to Denver to pass property tax legislation approved a raft of bills Sunday and Monday that are intended to help homeowners, renters and low-income people.

Voters rejected a ballot measure, Proposition HH, earlier this month that would have made some similar changes, prodding Gov. Jared Polis (D) to call for a special session.
