Colo. Senate leader’s bill scales back 2024 AI regulation

It will be considered in a special legislative session set to begin Thursday.

Colorado Senate Majority Leader Robert Rodriguez (D) has introduced legislation to overhaul a controversial artificial intelligence regulation he led to passage last year.

The new bill will be considered in a special legislative session scheduled to begin Thursday.
