Colorado Senate votes to delay AI law

Colorado’s first-in-the-nation comprehensive artificial intelligence law is on track to be delayed instead of rewritten — at least for now.  

The Colorado Senate voted Monday to postpone implementation of the controversial measure until next June after negotiations over a rewrite of law broke down. The House must still vote to approve the changes.
