Data center industry watching for more state incentives in ‘25

The data center industry projects for 2025 that states competing for jobs and tax revenue potential will continue to lure companies with lucrative incentives.

The growth in artificial intelligence, domestic manufacturing and electrification of different industries are spurring data center demand. And elected officials, in turn, want them built and run in their states.
