A coalition of law firms and nonprofits filed a petition challenging Wisconsin’s state legislative maps on Wednesday, a day after liberals reclaimed majority control of the state Supreme Court.
The lawsuit challenges the constitutionality of state legislative district lines, which Democrats have called an extreme gerrymander that infringe on voter rights.
