GOP launches digital ads in Virginia Senate bid

They target the Democrats running in six battleground districts at the heart of the fight for the majority.

The political arm of the Republican State Leadership Committee launched a five-figure digital ad buy in six Virginia Senate Districts, shining a spotlight on where the party sees its best opportunities to win control of the chamber.

The ads, announced by the RSLC PAC on Wednesday, target the Democratic contenders vying for those competitive seats in November in what will be the first elections since redistricting. They criticize the candidates and incumbents on crime rates, inflation, taxes and education.
