Minnesota unveils inaugural list of drugs for price reporting

The move was required by the state’s Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act passed in 2020

Minnesota on Wednesday released its first list of drugs that will be subject to price reporting under the state’s drug transparency law.

Gov. Tim Walz (D) called it “a significant step” toward bringing more transparency to the prescription drug market.
