A multi-year push to pass Age-Appropriate Design Code laws to protect kids online has spawned a latecomer model bill for 2026 crafted with the goal of withstanding constitutional challenges.
The Electronic Privacy Information Center, a public interest research nonprofit in Washington, D.C., released the draft legislation Thursday, nearly a month after many legislative sessions commenced.
