More than a dozen states target Roblox over child safety concerns

The company says it is committed to keeping its platform safe for minors.

More than a dozen states have sued or launched investigations into the popular gaming platform Roblox amid a nationwide reckoning over online harms to youth.

The legal actions have coincided with higher-profile lawsuits and legislation targeting traditional social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Snap and TikTok.
