New abortion restrictions on the table in 3 states

Republican lawmakers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Nebraska are pushing new abortion limits Tuesday that they hope can unite their ranks after disagreements over just how restrictive to be.

The actions in all three states come at the tail end of legislative sessions that have exposed party rifts since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade.
