Nuclear interest in legislatures could eclipse ‘historic’ 2024

Lawmakers in at least a dozen states this session have introduced nuclear-related bills.

Nuclear is having a moment in statehouses, as legislatures look to meet the growing power demands of tech and other industries.

Lawmakers in at least a dozen states this session have introduced nuclear-related legislation that would launch studies, declare it a clean energy source, remove moratoria, or provide incentives for generating it.
