Q&A: Charles Marohn, author of ‘Escaping the Housing Trap’

States and cities must rethink how they grow in order to address the national housing shortage and affordability crisis. That’s what Charles Marohn, founder and president of urbanism nonprofit Strong Towns, argues in “Escaping the Housing Trap,” a new book co-written with Strong Towns content manager Daniel Herriges.
