States close stalking law gaps as abusers exploit modern tracking tech

Lawmakers are modernizing anti-stalking and harassment laws to protect victims tracked electronically using remote technologies. 

A new law is on the books in Missouri, bills await governor approval in Illinois and New York, and one is advancing in New Jersey.
