Va. beer distributors achieve partial win in Hard Mtn Dew fight

A pair of beer wholesalers in Virginia has won the right to distribute Hard Mtn Dew in their existing distribution territories.

The decision Wednesday by an administrative law judge represents the latest setback for PepsiCo and the Boston Beer Corporation, which have partnered to make and distribute the alcoholic version of the popular soft drink.
